Selection Process

BPSC Selection is done through a three-stage evaluation. The first stage is the Prelims Examination which is a qualifying stage and objective questions are asked. Stage ii is called a Mains Examination and Subjective questions are asked, There will be a total of 5 Papers in this stage out of which two Papers are Qualifying in nature ( General Hindi and Optional Paper). The third and final stage is the Interview stage which consists of 120 Marks and after adding the marks from Stage II and Interview, a final list of candidates is prepared.

• Interview - Personality Test

BPSC Salary 

BPSC Officers who get selected through the BPSC CE Examination gets handsome salaries starting from 43,000 and it will go up to 72k depending upon the city and location of Job Postings. The highest salary is for SDM and it starts from 62k to 72.5k for the new Joiners. Apart from this post, there are various other posts like BDO, Excise Inspector and FRO. BPSC Eligibility

Anyone who is 20 Years or above that with a Graduation degree can apply for this Examination. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts for this Examination.
